Meal Prep & Portioning: Turkey Chili
Here I walk you through a complete meal prep of Turkey Chili. Ingredients: 16oz of 99% fat free ground turkey 15 turkey pepperoni slices 1 can black beans (used 1 cup only) 1 can chili beans in chili sauce 1/2 cup water Seasonings: Onion powder, salt, pepper, (banana pepper sauce & extra chili powder because I like spicy) - season to taste. Mix both beans, seasonings, water, and pepperoni in a pot; Brown meat; Add meat to pot and warm together. Let it cool and portion it out - this made 5 servings of 1 cup Macros for 1 cup: 246 calories 30.5g Protein 24g Carbs 3g Fat Optional additive of cauliflower rice with cheese sauce, 1 packet = Total macros: 316 calories 34.5g Protein 33.9g Carbs 6g Fat
